TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All products and services offered by Ageless Perfection are subject to our Policies and Conditions of Sale. By purchasing products, services, or making an appointment, whether online or at Ageless Perfection's offices, you agree that you have read and understood our policies.
Please read these policies carefully.
1. Acceptance Policy:
All online orders and appointments are subject to acceptance by Ageless Perfection.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order or appointment for any reason, including the following:
(a) Limitations on our ability to accept appointments;
(b) Limitations on the availability of the service or quantities of products available.
(c) Problems identified by credit and fraud prevention services.
2. Pricing policy:
The prices and availability of our products and services may change at any time without prior notice. Prices remain valid as long as they are listed and offered on our official website. Prices will be those published on the website at the date and time of your order, as applicable. The availability of products and services may be limited.
3. Payment Policy:
Payment for products or services must be made by credit or debit card. Payment by credit or debit card is subject to approval by the card issuer, and Ageless Perfection will not be liable in any way if a card issuer refuses to accept a credit or debit card for any reason.
4. Tax policy:
Our product prices do not include sales tax, other taxes, or shipping and handling fees, all of which will be charged separately and are your responsibility. You will be charged all sales taxes and other taxes to the extent required by law. Ageless Perfection will solely assume the risk of loss or damage to the products during shipment to you.
5. Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, we ask our clients to cancel services at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel an appointment within this timeframe will result in no refund of the deposit.
6. No-show policy:
If the client does not show up for an appointment, they will automatically forfeit their deposit refund or credit and will be required to keep their credit card on file when scheduling future appointments. For future no-shows, the card on file may be charged 100% of the reserved services.
7. Lateness Policy:
Due to the high volume of scheduled appointments and walk-ins, Ageless Perfection cannot keep the appointment if the client arrives late. If you call ahead to let us know you'll be late, we will try to accommodate you as a courtesy.
